Mark is an experienced grocer with more than 45 years of experience. He started as bagger and has held many positions over the years including department head, merchandiser, and store manager. Driven by satisfied customers, he takes pride in providing the best experience possible for those visiting his stores.

As a educator his goal is to ensure food safety professionals have the knowledge needed to meet State code. Mark is passionate about his work and wants to share his passion with you.

  • On-site instruction for your team

Enroll your team in industry leading food safety training and certification programs that are approved by the Ohio Department of Health. Courses are taught by a State Certified instructor. Education

ServSafe® Ohio Person In Charge Food Safety

This course has been approved by the Ohio Department of Health as meeting the requirements of their food protection rule: 3701-21-25 of the Administration Code. Ohio Person-In-Charge (PIC) Certification in Food Protection is required training for the designated person in charge for each shift of a risk level l, ll, lll, and lV food service operation or retail food establishment. The ServSafe® Person-In-Charge course covers these 7 key areas:

  • Basic Food Safety

  • Forms of Contamination

  • Personal Hygene

  • Cross Contamination & Time-Temperature Control

  • Purchasing, Receiving, and Storage

  • Food Preparation

  • Cleaning and Sanitation

ServSafe® Manager

The ServSafe® Manager Certification is the industry's leading food safety training and certification program and is a key ingredient to help food service operations keep their customers and employees safe. ServSafe® training also helps you identify all the food safety risks in and operation and provides you with the knowledge to do your job. Cost includes textbook, class instrution, and exam. A ServSafe® Manager Certificate will be awarded after a successful completion of course and assessment with a 75% or higher.
